This project involved a comprehensive approach to the introduction of a new Non-Fuel Revenue (NFR) initiative. The goal was to drive an increase in revenue through the strategic implementation of new fee structures and operational enhancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIONS:

  • End-to-End Ownership: The project was managed from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless operational implementation of the NFR initiative.

  • Data Reporting & Analysis: Power BI was utilized to analyze the existing pricing structures and fee rules, providing valuable insights that informed the development of the new offer.

  • Strategic NFR Offer Creation: A new NFR offer was developed, including compelling value propositions to attract and engage customers.

  • Tiered Pricing Suggestions: A tiered pricing structure was proposed, including a 5-10% increase, aligned with market trends and competitive standards.

  • Exclusion of New Contracts: Recently signed contracts were excluded from the fee introduction to ensure smooth transitions for existing clients.

  • Legal & Fiscal Coordination: Collaboration with legal and fiscal teams ensured that the project complied with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.

  • Terms & Conditions Establishment: Clear and transparent general terms were defined for the new NFR offer, promoting customer trust and understanding.

  • One-Sided Contractual Change Implementation: A one-sided contractual change was effectively managed and communicated to all stakeholders and customers.

  • Automation with VBA Macro: A VBA macro was developed to automate the mass modification of contracts, improving efficiency and reducing the potential for errors.
